Each Switchcam user account can enter only once. Prize consists of four (4) Ultra Music Festival 3-day tickets. Winners will be drawn February 23rd, 2012 and contacted by email. Full terms and conditions follow.

1. This sweepstakes is run by SRSLY Inc, Suite 1200, 444 Castro St, Mountain View, CA 94041 ("SRSLY").
2. By entering this sweepstakes you agree to these terms and conditions.
3. To enter the sweepstakes you must be a resident of the United States and have a Switchcam account. Employees of SRSLY or any of their group companies or its agencies associated with this promotion are not eligible to enter or participate. Only one entry per Switchcam account is permitted.
4. To be eligible, you and your three selected friends must connect with Facebook. Entries must be received not later than 5pm (PST) on February 22, 2012 at which time the offer of this sweepstakes will end.
5. SRSLY will select one (1) winner from amongst the eligible entries after February 22, 2012. SRSLY will select one entry at random to be the winner and it's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. The winner will be contacted via email and their details may also be posted on the Switchcam website as well as the Switchcam page on Facebook and Twitter.
6. The prize for the sweepstakes is four (4) standard Ultra Music Festival tickets. Any pictures used to promote the prize are for information only.  There is no cash alternative instead of the prize. If the specified prize is unavailable for any reason then SRSLY reserves the right to award a substitute prize.
7. Every reasonable effort will be made to contact the winner. If a winner cannot be contacted within one week of the relevant sweepstakes end date, the prize will revert to SRSLY and may be awarded to another entrant at SRSLY’s absolute discretion.
8. The prize will be sent by registered post or courier to the address provided by the winner. SRSLY does not accept any responsibility for any failure by the postal service to deliver the prizes or the winner’s failure to accept delivery of his/her prize.
9. Your personal information will be used by SRSLY to conduct the sweepstakes, for participation in the prize and in accordance with SRSLY's Privacy Policy. If you are a winner of a prize, SRSLY may also use your information collected during the sweepstakes for marketing or promotional purposes, including using your name and likeness to announce the winners online as described above in section 5.
10. Except as otherwise required by applicable law, SRSLY is not responsible for any loss or damage associated with you entering into this sweepstakes, the carrying out of the sweepstakes or the provision or otherwise of any aspect of any prize or any act or omission of any other person or party, and all warranties, conditions and representations (of any kind) not expressly set out in these terms and conditions are hereby excluded.
11. SRSLY may terminate these terms and conditions, the sweepstakes or any prize if you do not comply with any of these terms and conditions or are unlikely to do so, if SRSLY decides in its absolute discretion to withdraw the sweepstakes before any winners are notified, or thereafter if any circumstances beyond SRSLY’s reasonable control prevent or restrict SRSLY or any other person or party from providing the prize or any aspect of the prize.
12. You agree that (unless applicable law requires otherwise) any right that you have under applicable law to cancel ends when the winner of the sweepstakes is announced. If thereafter you cannot participate in any prize for reasons beyond your reasonable control, you must notify SRSLY and SRSLY may in its absolute discretion give that prize to someone else.
13. You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations, or subcontract your obligations, under these terms and conditions, such as giving a prize to anyone else, without SRSLY’s prior written consent.  SRSLY may assign or transfer its rights or obligations, or subcontract its obligations, under these terms and conditions without your consent.
14. SRSLY or its licensors retain and reserves all rights in and to each website, and all aspects of the sweepstakes and each prize, including all derivatives, developments, modifications and improvements.
15. These terms and conditions, and any instructions from SRSLY, constitute the entire agreement between you and SRSLY, superseding any prior agreements between you and SRSLY. Any failure or delay by SRSLY in exercising or enforcing, or partial exercise or enforcement of, any right or provision of these terms and conditions shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision (or waive any further exercise or enforcement) or any other right or provision. If any provision of these terms and conditions is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, the parties nevertheless agree that the court should endeavour to give effect to the parties’ intentions as reflected in the provision and the other provisions of the terms and conditions will remain in full force and effect.
16. These terms and conditions and all matters arising from or in connection with them are governed by the courts located in the county of Santa Clara, California or the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California
